Command Center Audit Trail

An audit trail is in place to show what changes have been made to an account in QLess Command Center. This information includes the following:

  • Action type
  • Entity type (Merchant, Location, Queue)
  • Entity ID (ID number associated with the Merchant, Location, or Queue)
  • Changes performed
  • Performed by (which user made the change)
  • IP Address (of the user that made the change) - hidden in example below
  • Date Occurred

 

Note: Fields that appear as links will take you to the Entity or User that was changed, or to a link to more information such as the "Click for changes" link in the image above.
