New Qstick, where do i get started?

The Azulle Access 4 Qstick is are newest Version of our popular Qstick for Monitors and Kiosks! Please follow the steps below to get yours installed!

 

Please ensure you have the following:

  • A network connection, This can be via WIFI or Ethernet

  • A Wall power outlet, The Qstick needs its own power source.

  • The Qstick box and all of its contents.

The Physical installation of the Qstick is easy! just follow the steps below.

 

Now that your Qstick is plugged in you may be seeing the following screen

That's great, that means your internet connection was detected and things are working as they should!

In most cases, you should be able to simply log into your provided monitor or Kiosk account and be good to go. However you also have the option of having a support technician log in and set the qstick up for you via our remote software already included on the device (https://www.beyondtrust.com/)

If you cannot log in or it fails to login please do the following, Create a support ticket by emailing support@qless.com with the following Tagline “New Qstick Setup:(your organization name) and one of our support engineers will get connected and help you get configured and ready to go!
