Troubleshooting my Qstick

I can't get an Internet connection

If you are unable to get an internet connection to the Qstick, please try the following:

 

I'm not getting any sound!

  • Please check that your AUX and HDMI connections are solid and not loose.

  • Check that the audio output settings are correct on the Qstick and that volume levels are good How do I change my Qsticks Audio Output?

  • Ensure that your speaker system or television are not muted or set at too low a volume.

 

My Qstick won't boot, I’m getting a Busybox or Initramfs error on screen

Please try the following, if this doesn't fix the issue please contact support@qless.com
