There are many levels of launch that you can use to begin your QLess implementation.

Level 1 - Internal Use Only

Start using QLess by entering your customers via Queue Manager.  Only enter their name with no phone number so that they will not receive the text messages.  This will allow you to practice your internal workflow without the customer interaction piece.

Level 2 - Internal Use with Notifications

This is similar to Level 1, but you would enter cell phone numbers so that the customers will receive notifications.

Level 3 - Customer Join On-Site

Allow customers to join themselves via the location kiosk.  If you aren't using a kiosk, this would be the same as Level 2.

Level 4 - Full Launch

Allow customers to join remotely.

 

Don't forget to market QLess and the ability for your customers to join from anywhere!  Creating flyers or other materials to promote the ways you allow your customers to join the line will help your customers utilize what the system has to offer!
