There will be a new features included in this release, which is scheduled to be available on all servers as of 4/14/15.
1) The ability to add a phone number for a customer that originally queued by name. This can be enabled on a per queue basis.
Use case:
A customer joins the queue with only their name, and then decided that they would like to receive text message updates.
