Enabling Parallel Service Transactions give you the ability to track the services you are providing for multiple customers at one time. Here are the steps for helping customers when parallel service transactions are enabled.
**Please note that this is a location level change and would effect all queues for that location.**
- Summon the customer and mark them as arrived.
- After you mark the customer as arrived, they will appear in the "Arrived" tab as show below:
- You can serve as many customers at one time as you would like. When the service is complete, click on the end service button.
If you need to recycle the customer to the expired list, you can click the recycle button from the arrived list as well.
