There are currently 6 different roles that users can have:

  • Host: Can perform operations on behalf of a user (adding them to a queue, removing them from a queue, pushing back)
  • Resource Administrator: Can summon customers from a queue
  • Ticket Taker: Can mark summoned customers as arrived
  • Queue Administrator: Can activate and deactivate queues
  • Report Viewer: Can view reports
  • Config Accounts Admin: Can make changes to the employee account configuration
  • Config Admin: Can make configuration changes
  • No labels
