Pinning your Qstick to bomgar for support to reach it is critical for Qless being able to support you. T
To get your qstick pinned follow the instructions below!
1. Attach a keyboard and mouse to the Qstick
2. wIth the keyboard Hit Windows key + D to get to the Desktop
3. Either open the terminal at the bottom left (Black box) or hit CTRL ALT T to open the Terminal window
4. in the terminal window type, "killall firefox" and hit ENTER (no quotations)
5.Then, Also in the terminal window type "firefox -safe-mode" and hit Enter (no quotations all lowercase exactly as written"
6. You will get a prompt asking whether you would like to launch in safe mode or refresh CHOOSE SAFE MODE
7. Navigate the web browser to https://qless.beyondtrustcloud.com/download_client_connector?fn=null&jc=953b1cc0e9391a4948077795d63c0553&p=linux64-x86&ss=034fdeeca24363caf555bae21418b18d0a137edf or just come to this page and click the link!Or use this TinyURL https://tinyurl.com/QLessLinuxInstaller
8. Download The plugin
9. Navigate to the downloads folder (From the Desktop at the bottom left, theres a green folder icon, click that then Downloads)
10. Move the Bomgar file downloaded to the desktop
11. Double Click the file and hit "Launch anyway" it will install bomgar, and thats it! let the support engineer know youve done it!
