Today, we announced that we have now given more access to QLess Command Center which provides you with more power to manage your account configuration!  

Enjoy managing additional details to your account, including adding new locations and queues, as well as updating existing queues with a simple point-and-click interface.  Be sure to check out our Accessing and Navigating QLess Command Center Guide!

You'll be able to:

  • Manage employee accounts


  • Manage installed QLess locations




  • Change the order of locations in the interface


  • Manage your queues per location




  • Manage the SMS messages sent to customers (as well as many other interface options)


  • Track changes made to your configuration
     
     
  • Use the Wizard-Based Interface to make quick changes  



Don't forget that we've created an Accessing and Navigating QLess Command Center to help you get started!  

Look for more features to be continually added to Command Center throughout 2016 which will provide you with an increasing amount of control with your account's configuration.

In case you didn't see the announcement, we have now released QLess Dashboard.  This interface includes:

  • Current forecast wait for a queue, average of current forecast waits of all queues for a location, and average current forecast waits of all locations for a merchant;
  • The number of customers currently waiting in a queue;
  • The number of customers currently being served;
  • The number of customers who have been served so far today;
  • The percentage of no-show customers so far today;
  • Actual wait times so far today.

If you’re using our call ahead feature, we now have the ability to remove customers that reach the front of the line and stay there for a configured period of time without being checked in.

We can also configure appointments to use this the call ahead feature as well!
