QLess Queue Tip Videos

Have you checked out our QLess Queue Tip videos?  These are short video clips that show a variety of tips and information including how staff can use the system, customer interactions and other general information!  These videos can be viewed here!  This list is frequently updated so check back often!

You can use this app to:

• Find QLess businesses near you
• Join their virtual lines
• Manage your spot in line while you wait, including seeing your forecast wait time and position in line in real-time, and moving back in line if you need more time
• Get notified when you've reached the front of the line

Did you know that we are able to allow your customers to select their type of service (transaction type) via SMS?  This can be done in two ways, and will vary based on your configuration.

1) If you ask your customers to select a queue and then a transaction type/service, we can collect that too!  This will happen in separate messages, as illustrated below:

2) If you use transaction types/services to select the queue, the choices presented to your customers can be the types of service available, as illustrated below:

In this example, the customer is automatically added to the queue that the service they requested is assigned to.

Note: Keep in mind that this message must still be limited to 160 characters.
