Problem

Customers are frequently experiencing forecasts that are highly inaccurate.

Solution

QLess uses a variety of statistical analysis algorithms to analyze your historical wait times and use them to predict your future wait times.  QLess learns from your behavior, and should get more accurate at forecasting wait times the longer you use it.

If you experience forecasts that seem highly inaccurate, there may be configuration changes that a QLess Support team member can make to help account for the specific way in which you are using QLess.  To request help with this, please create an issue at https://support.qless.com that includes the following:

  • The day and time at which this occurred
  • The queue in which this occurred
  • One or more screenshots that demonstrate the problem
