- Ensure that the printer has paper.
- Check that the paper is not Jammed, and clean out any loose paper from inside the printer. A can of compressed air can be used to clean the printer if needed.
- Reboot the printer and try again.
- Refresh the web page and try again.
- Restart the browser and try again.
- Reboot and try again.
- Ensure that Java is installed. If it is, report back to QLess Support the version that is installed. If it's not, download and install it from http://www.java.com.
- Ensure that the Java Plugin is installed in your browser. http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp If it's not, download and install it from http://www.java.com.
- Ensure that you can print a test page at the OS level. For instance, in Windows, this can be done from the Control Panel. If you can't, contact your printer vendor to troubleshoot.
- Enable the Java Console and restart the browser. http://www.java.com/en/download/help/javaconsole.xml
- Try to print from within the QLess UI
- File a new issue at https://support.qless.com and include the output of the Java Console in the issue description.
